CareLink is a software company in Addis Ababa. We make one product — the hospital operating system — and we sell it only to hospitals, health centers, clinics and specialty centers.
Why CareLink exists
Most Ethiopian hospitals still run on paper cards, registers and tally sheets, or on a handful of disconnected programs that each hold part of the truth. Patients wait for folders that cannot be found. Lab results return on paper slips. Pharmacies discover expired stock at count. Managers see the month only after it has ended.
Software built for hospitals elsewhere rarely fits here. It assumes constant internet, card payments and English-only staff, and it is priced and supported from another continent. Software built quickly for one facility rarely survives the second. We started CareLink to build something in between: a serious, secure hospital system designed from the first line for how Ethiopian hospitals actually work — in Amharic and Afaan Oromo, with Chapa and CBHI, on Addis Ababa time, on the connections hospitals actually have.
How we work
We say what ships
Every module page lists what CareLink does today and marks what is on the roadmap as roadmap. We would rather lose a deal than sell a feature that does not exist.
We visit before we quote
No hospital is configured the same way. We walk your departments before we put a number on paper, and the quotation follows from what we saw.
We train on your premises
Front desk, nurses, clinicians, lab, pharmacy and cashiers are trained on their own screens, in their own language, in your building.
Your data is yours
Each hospital is isolated in its own tenant, with a tamper-evident audit log and an export you can take at any time. We never sell or share patient data.
We are reachable
We are in Addis Ababa and answer in Amharic, Afaan Oromo or English. Support is a person who knows your configuration, not a ticket queue abroad.
We build for the long run
Hospitals keep systems for a decade. CareLink is built on open standards — ICD-10, LOINC, HL7 FHIR as it matures nationally — so your records outlive any one vendor, including us.
