Patients who book through your own site
Your patients book through your clinic's website, which links to patient.carelink.et under your name. Walk-ins are registered at the desk. Either way they arrive with a record the doctor can open.
Consultation, prescription and lab in one sitting
The doctor writes the note, codes the diagnosis in ICD-10, raises the lab request and prescribes from one screen. The lab result and the dispense both land on the same visit.
Payment that matches the visit
Charges are raised as services are delivered. Patients pay cash at the desk or by telebirr, CBE Birr or card through Chapa, and the payment is reconciled to the visit automatically.
No server in the back room
CareLink runs in the browser on the laptops and desktops you already own. Backups, updates and security are our job, not your receptionist's.
