Questions
Does CareLink support CBHI?
Yes. Register a patient's CBHI membership card or insurer policy with member ID, validity and co-pay, then raise a claim from the visit's charges, submit it, record the payer's approval or rejection and post the reimbursement against the bill. Claims print on A4 for the woreda or insurer.
Which payment methods are supported?
Cash at the cashier and mobile payment through Chapa (telebirr, CBE Birr, cards).
