EMR
Electronic medical records
Every visit, triage, consultation, order, prescription and discharge is recorded against one patient record that the whole hospital shares.
What the module does
- Patient registration with a hospital-wide identifier
- Outpatient encounter workflow: triage, consultation, orders, prescriptions, discharge
- Encounter state machine so a visit can only move through valid clinical steps
- Every clinical write is audited in a tamper-evident log
- Patient appointments booked through your hospital's own site at patient.carelink.et

Questions
Does CareLink replace paper records?
Yes. Registration, triage, consultation notes, orders and discharge summaries are captured digitally and shared across departments in real time.
Can several departments see the same record?
Yes. Lab, imaging, pharmacy, billing and inpatient teams all work from the same encounter, with role-based access controlling what each person can see.
