RPT
Reports and command center
Management sees visits, admissions, orders and revenue as they happen, not at month end.
What the module does
- Hospital-wide activity counts: visits, admissions, pending lab and pharmacy work
- Per-department views for heads of service
- Date-range reports: visits by day and service, lab and imaging volumes, dispensing, admissions and length of stay, bed occupancy, revenue by payment method and outstanding balances
- HMIS-style monthly summary as a CSV export; the DHIS2 data element mapping is configured per facility by its HMIS officer
- Printable prescriptions, discharge summaries and lab reports in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo

Questions
Can CareLink produce Ministry of Health reports?
CareLink exports an HMIS-style facility summary (OPD attendances, admissions, discharges, deliveries, ANC first visits, immunizations, lab tests and malaria RDT results) as CSV for a chosen period of up to a year. Each facility maps the indicators to its DHIS2 data elements; direct DHIS2 submission is not built in.
